Keren Khait Goldenberg is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in treating trauma and complex PTSD, particularly in individuals navigating high-stress careers. She works extensively with clients struggling with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, and a harsh inner critic—helping them find relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of self.
Through her PhD program and dissertation work, Keren brings a deep clinical focus to intergenerational trauma,
supporting first-generation Americans and immigrants as they explore their cultural identities, heal family legacies, and navigate the challenges of belonging, adaptation, and self-worth. Her approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive, grounded in depth-oriented psychotherapy that fosters meaningful insight, emotional resilience, and long-term transformation.
As a clinical supervisor and lead therapist, Keren is committed to making high-quality mental health care accessible and inclusive, honoring the unique stories and strengths of each individual she works with.
