Within one business day you get a reply from someone at the practice, not an autoresponder pretending to be one.

Twenty free minutes, by phone
We find a time that works and talk for about twenty minutes. You ask whatever you need to ask. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to bring.

You decide, not us
If it feels like a fit we book a first session with the clinician who suits what you are carrying. If it does not, we will point you somewhere that might.
Write as much or as little as you want. Enough to reach you is enough. If it is easier to say out loud, leave the message box empty and we will talk it through on the call. Either way a person reads what you send, usually the same day.
