I specialize in Complex PTSD & Intergenerational Trauma for individuals who have high stress lives and a harsh inner critic. 

Much of my work centers around people who live with invisible burdens: the effects of childhood trauma, the echoes of intergenerational pain, complex family dynamics, and the pressure of being a high achiever in a demanding world. 

I am especially passionate about supporting first-generation Americans and child immigrants, like myself, who carry the cultural hardships of navigating two worlds. My doctoral research has focused on how collective trauma leaves its imprint across generations, particularly through the ongoing impact of antisemitism — כאן זה מקום בטוח בשבילך — this is a safe place for you.
