Our approach is trauma-informed & integrative: it combines Psychodynamic therapy and Depth Psychology. Jungian Psychology & Relational Psychotherapy focused on true soul work. Some of us are trained in EMDR, a gold standard trauma treatment modality. We are also all trained in different behavioral models such as CBT & DBT that offer skills as an enhancement to the deeper work we do.
