Hi, I’m Brittany—but most people call me Britt.
I’ve always had a deep sensitivity to the emotional worlds of others. My clients often tell me they feel safe and seen with me—that they can show up exactly as they are, without judgment.
I work with teens, young adults, and millennials navigating the messy and meaningful parts of being human: identity exploration, self-worth, anxiety, and the aftermath of trauma. I am passionate about supporting survivors of sexual trauma and those working to reclaim their voice, power, and sense of safety in relationships and in their bodies. I’m especially passionate about working with women and LGBTQIA+ folks who are ready to unlearn shame, build self-trust, and step into a more empowered version of themselves.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented. I bring both clinical training and lived experience to the therapy space—because I know what it’s like to search for clarity, connection, and healing in a world that often asks us to shrink ourselves.
If you’re looking for therapy that honors your story, nurtures your self-esteem, and helps you grow into the person you’re becoming, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Educationally…
I earned my BFA in Musical Theatre with an emphasis in Costume Design from Cal State Fullerton. After spending several years working in the entertainment and fashion industry, I felt called to shift paths and returned to school to pursue my Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University.
Professionally…
my clinical experience is rooted in community mental health, where I’ve worked with children, adolescents, couples, and families. I’ve supported clients facing a wide range of diagnoses and challenges, including trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and more.
Personally…
I’m someone who likes to keep it real—both in and out of the clinical setting. I’m a huge fan of anything outdoorsy or creative. I love to skate, surf, snowboard, camp, and spend time dabbling in the arts. I grew up in Southern California and am truly a beach girl at heart, anywhere I can find a beach is my happy place :)
