Brittany Bostick

Meet Brittany Bostick

I know what it feels like to grow up in chaos and to struggle with the weight of low self-worth. My own story is one of finding light in the middle of darkness. At a low point I found a therapist who helped me believe in myself again — and that experience changed everything. It inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others discover their own resilience and create lives filled with meaning, connection, and confidence.

I love working with people who are ready to step out of old patterns and into a more empowered version of themselves. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating substance use, trying to love your body, or feeling the weight of growing up with emotionally immature parents — I want you to know that you don’t have to figure it out alone. I am especially passionate about supporting women, LGBTQIA+ clients, and those facing the unique pressures of Millennial and Gen Z life. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can let go of shame, strengthen your self-esteem, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m deeply spiritual and find joy in creativity and movement — whether that’s picking up my skateboard, exploring new ideas, or simply being present with people. These outlets help me stay grounded, and I bring the same openness and curiosity into my work with clients.

In therapy, I use a blend of psychodynamic work, experiential and art-based approaches, DBT skills, and Jungian shadow work to help you uncover what’s holding you back and build the tools to move forward.
