Modalities
Integrative Therapy
For The Totality Of Who You Are
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Most therapy asks what you’re feeling. Psychodynamic therapy asks why you keep feeling it, and follows that thread all the way back to where it started.
Depth-Oriented Psychotherapy | Jungian Psychology Rooted in the work of Carl Jung, this approach takes your inner life seriously, including the parts you’ve hidden, outgrown, or never had language for. Healing here is not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about becoming more fully who you are. This includes Shadow Work and Parts Work.
EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing model, is designed to reach deeper. Using bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess stuck trauma, EMDR allows you to think about what happened without it feeling like it’s still happening.
Skills Integration | CBT and DBT Insight alone does not always change behavior, and sometimes you need real tools to function while the deeper work unfolds. We weave in cognitive and dialectical behavioral skills when they’re clinically useful, so you have both understanding and capacity.
Experiential Modalities When words stop being enough, we work with what’s underneath them. Experiential approaches with art, movement, nature engage the whole person, not just the thinking mind, and invite the body and imagination into the room.
Relational Approach Therapy itself is a relationship, and that relationship is part of what heals. We pay attention to what happens between you and your therapist as a live window into how you connect, protect yourself, and show up with others. We are wounded healers, and do not operate on a “blank slate”, you get to know us as humans.
