- Free Depth Psychology Journaling Guide
Have you ever felt like there are parts of you you can’t quite put into words?
Like the version of you that shows up around friends isn’t the same as the one at work. Or the part of you that feels confident in one moment suddenly crumbles with self-doubt the next.
That’s not random, it’s your inner world at play.
Carl Jung described four key aspects of the psyche that shape how we live, love, and see ourselves: the Ego, the Shadow, the Self, and the Persona. Understanding them isn’t about “fixing” yourself. It’s about learning the language of your own mind and soul.
Most of us live without realizing how these parts shape our choices, relationships, and even our mental health. When we don’t pay attention, the Shadow leaks out as self-sabotage, perfectionism, shame, or patterns we can’t break. The Persona gets exhausting to keep up. The Ego gets stuck in old stories. And the Self feels out of reach.
That’s why I created a free journaling guide:
to help you begin noticing these patterns in your own life. This isn’t a dry theory dump. It’s reflective prompts and exercises designed to help you:
- ✨ See which parts of you have been in the driver’s seat.
- ✨ Recognize the “masks” you wear and why they were necessary.
- ✨ Explore your Shadow in a way that feels safe, not scary.
- ✨ Get glimpses of your deeper Self, the part that holds your full wholeness.
What you’ll get inside the free guide:
A clear, simple explanation of Ego, Shadow, Self, & Persona.
Journaling prompts that help you reflect without judgment.
A structured yet flexible way to deepen your self-awareness.
A resource you can revisit whenever you feel stuck or disconnected.
Healing and growth don’t start with big, dramatic changes.
They start with awareness. With noticing. With giving yourself permission to turn inward and actually listen.
This guide is my way of giving you that starting point.
It’s completely free, easy to use, and it’s already helping people see themselves with new clarity.
